Ready To Ship
If your order is already made and in stock I will ship it once payment is received within the advertised timescale.
Shipping Timescale for in stock items - 2/3 days.
Made To Order
Every piece is made by hand to order, giving every piece a slightly different lead time. Usual lead time is up to 4 weeks. I will contact you to give an expected dispatch date.
All UK orders will be shipped by either Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class is not an insured service and therefore is used at the customers own risk.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed is an insured next day service which will require a signature.
Postage is £5 for orders under £50 and over £50 is £10.00 per package.
Please get in touch if you require the delivery on a certain day and I will try to accommodate this.
At times Jo may have a promotion on for postage during a flash sale etc, during those promotions this will either be an automatic free post or a code must be entered at checkout to activate the free postage.
Pick Up From Studio
If the item needs to be made, collection can be made by picking up from the studio in Reddish. This will be by appointment only.
International delivery

Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure there will be someone present to receive the goods and provide a signature.
Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivery of items due to customer error.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.
1Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days (from Royal Mail website)
Customs Charges
International customers are responsible for any, and all, duties and/all taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completed beyond our control and are entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.
Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to locate it with Royal Mail.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This may happen when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. You can check the signature of the person that has signed for the parcel, by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail website. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
Jo Bull Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by the following:
- The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
- Postage costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
- All goods on this site are priced in UK Pounds.
- If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
