Online Returns

We hope you will love your new piece of Jo Bull Jewellery.

However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Jo is happy to adjust, exchange or refund your order of stock purchased items.

If this is the case please contact Jo at info@jobulljewellery.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange return/exchange/adjustment.

Please be aware customers will need to return goods by special delivery, fully insured. Customers are also asked to include proof of purchase.

Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly or some other error has been made on our part.

Orders must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds will not be provided for damaged, worn, dirty or incomplete items.

* Earrings and custom made items CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. Jo is happy, however to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).

* For International returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.

**Refunds will not be given on SALE items.

Studio and Event Sales Returns Policy
This applies to items bought in person in the studio or at a craft fair directly from Jo. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us if there is a problem or something appears faulty.

A change of mind - in person purchases
If you change your mind about an item you have bought at an event or in the studio please get in touch within 14 days and you can exchange it if it is returned unworn, in its original packaging and in its original, re-sell-able condition. Please note refunds are not available for unwanted items, only for faulty items, this is in line with your statutory rights.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift, we will happily offer an exchange for an item of the same or greater value.

Please note that the above terms still apply to all exchange requests.
